Shalini Codispoti is a highly respected attorney with over 18 years of experience. Born and raised in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Shalini had the privilege of being part of a multicultural and very diverse community. She now calls Texas home with her husband and kids and continues her quest for inclusion and opportunity for all. Shalini has a passion for helping people and making a difference in their lives. After obtaining her law degree, Shalini became a litigator and soon realized the need for proper, well thought out planning so that her clients and their loved ones could avoid court. She has honed her skills in estate planning, business planning, probate, and trust administration ensuring her clients stay out of court and out of conflict.
Throughout her career, Shalini has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the legal system and a strong commitment to her clients. She has helped countless individuals and families navigate complex legal issues, ensuring that their assets are protected and their wishes are carried out according to their wishes.
Shalini is known for her attention to detail, her ability to think outside the box, and her compassionate approach to her clients. She takes the time to listen to their needs and concerns, and she works tirelessly to find the best possible solutions for them.

Thomas Codispoti
Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Codispoti (Tom) is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Funding Coordinator at Codispoti Law. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in finance, he has played a key role in the growth and success many businesses.
Throughout his career, Tom has held several senior positions in finance, working with some of the most reputable organizations in the industry. He has gained a wealth of experience in areas such as financial forecasting and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and risk management, among others. His strong analytical skills and ability to identify and mitigate financial risks have earned him a reputation as a highly respected finance professional.
As CFO and Funding Coordinator at Codispoti Law, Tom is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations, as well as providing invaluable assistance to our clients as it relates to Trust Funding and Business Planning.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Akron and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. He is also a member of several professional organizations in the finance industry.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, reading and playing chess.
Shauna John
Client Services Director

Shauna John is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. With her excellent communication skills and expertise in client relations, she has been serving as the Client Services Director of Codispoti Law since 2020. In her role, Shauna is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the firm’s overall client services operations.
Shauna has a proven track record of success in building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals. She is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that clients receive the best possible support throughout their engagement with Codispoti Law.
Prior to joining Codispoti Law, Shauna worked in various client services roles, gaining valuable experience in client management, communication, and problem-solving. She is a passionate and dedicated professional who takes pride in her work and strives to exceed client expectations.
In her free time, Shauna enjoys spending time with her furry friend Pilsner.

Natalie Pariag
Administrative Assistant
Meet Natalie, an adventurous and resilient ex-pat wife who has spent over two decades immersing herself in diverse cultures across the globe. Leaving behind a promising career as a pipeline designer in the petrochemical industry, she supported her family’s international endeavors, making each country from Mexico to Peru, Malaysia to Brazil, and Colombia to the United States her home.
Throughout her expat journey, Natalie fearlessly embraced change and uncertainty, forming connections with people from all walks of life and adapting to various customs and traditions. Fluent in Spanish, she became an invaluable asset in multicultural settings, fostering meaningful relationships.
Now settled in the United States, Natalie’s thirst for knowledge persists. She joined Codispoti-Law as an Administrative Assistant and is pursuing a part-time degree in Marketing, recognizing the opportunities it offers to tap into her creativity, adaptability, and global perspectives.
Her life experiences have given her a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for diversity. Her resilience and open-mindedness set her apart as she navigates academia and her new role.With her multicultural background, language skills, and relentless determination, Natalie is ready to embrace new challenges and make a lasting impact in both her professional and personal endeavors.
In her free time, she enjoys engaging in activities centered around her family, crafting, and the creation of mandala paintings.
Kaelen Andrew Ali

Kaelen Ali is a bright and talented young professional who currently serves as a part-time Administrative Assistant at Codispoti Law. Despite his young age of 12, Kaelen has quickly become an integral part of the team, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a unique perspective to the firm’s operations.
As Shalini’s son, Kaelen has grown up in a family with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. He has demonstrated a natural curiosity and aptitude for administrative tasks, and has impressed his colleagues with his attention to detail, organization skills, and willingness to learn.
In his role at Codispoti Law, Kaelen is responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned. He is a quick learner, and has demonstrated an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Outside of work, Kaelen enjoys playing basketball and pursuing his interests in technology and science. He is a dedicated student, and is looking forward to pursuing his academic and professional goals in the years ahead. With his passion, drive, and dedication, Kaelen is sure to achieve great things in the future.

Mackenzie Codispoti
Mackenzie Codispoti is the youngest member of the Codispoti Law team, and she brings a unique energy and enthusiasm to the office. At just 5 years old, Mackenzie is full of life and laughter, and she brightens up the workplace with her infectious smile and positive attitude.
While Mackenzie may not have a specific job title, she is an important part of the team, bringing snacks and treats to share with her team and helping to create a fun and welcoming environment for everyone at Codispoti Law team members and clients alike.
Mackenzie is strong-willed and sometimes cries when she doesn’t get her way. She is a joy to be around, and her positive attitude and upbeat personality makes her a favorite among her colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family, playing dress-up, and exploring the world around her. She is a curious and adventurous young girl, and she is always eager to learn and try new things.
With her infectious personality and boundless energy, Mackenzie is a true asset to the Codispoti Law team, and she brings a unique perspective and a sense of creativity and imagination and a lot of laughter to the workplace.
