Her practice areas include estate planning, business planning, probate, and trust administration, with a focus on keeping clients out of court and conflict. She is actively involved in community service and enjoys family time, travel, and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines.
Thomas (Tom) Codispoti serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Funding Coordinator at Codispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys, leveraging over 30 years of financial experience to oversee the firm’s fiscal management and client-related financial planning.
His expertise spans financial forecasting, risk management, and business planning. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Kent State University.
Outside of work, he is devoted to his family and enjoys reading and chess.

Shauna John is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. With her excellent communication skills and expertise in client relations, she has been serving as the Client Services Director of Codispoti Law since 2020. In her role, Shauna is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the firm’s overall client services operations.
Shauna has a proven track record of success in building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals. She is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that clients receive the best possible support throughout their engagement with Codispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys.
Prior to joining Codispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys, Shauna worked in various client services roles, gaining valuable experience in client management, communication, and problem-solving. She is a passionate and dedicated professional who takes pride in her work and strives to exceed client expectations.
In her free time, Shauna enjoys spending time with her furry friend Pilsner.
Colby Green is a Legal Assistant at Codispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Edward’s University and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at the University of Houston Law Center through its part-time JD program.
In his role, Colby supports the firm’s probate practice by helping ensure matters are handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner. He also assists clients with the formation of business entities and the preparation of clear, effective, and professionally drafted business documents. As part of the firm’s estate planning practice, Colby works with clients to facilitate the seamless transfer of assets into their trusts, helping ensure their estate plans are properly funded and implemented.
Outside the office and the classroom, Colby enjoys reading and exploring the many parks and green spaces throughout the Houston area.

Hannah Dollinger
Administrative Assistant
Hannah Dollinger is an Estate Planning Administrative Assistant at Codispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys. A recent graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in History, Hannah plays an important role in supporting the firm’s estate planning team. She assists with managing the estate planning process, coordinating client communications, maintaining office procedures, and ensuring each client’s experience is organized and seamless from start to finish.
Hannah’s academic background has given her strong research and analytical skills, along with a passion for history, anthropology, and understanding different cultures. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her a valuable resource for both the firm’s attorneys and clients.
Outside the office, Hannah enjoys expressing her creativity through baking, sculpting, painting, gardening, and reading. She is also an avid animal lover and spends much of her free time with her blue merle Border Collie, Maeve, and her apricot domestic shorthair cat, Cernunnos—affectionately known as “Nunno.”
Hannah also has a passion for travel and adventure. Whether she’s whitewater rafting on the Chattooga River, snorkeling in the cenotes of the Yucatán, or exploring Edinburgh’s historic underground vaults, she enjoys discovering new places, meeting new people, and embracing unique experiences.
Kaelen Andrew Ali is a hardworking and innovative young professional who currently serves as an Administrative Assistant at Codispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys, a firm specializing in estate planning. At just 15 years old, Kaelen has already become a reliable and valued part of the team, contributing energy, creativity, and a strong work ethic to the office environment.
As the son of Shalini Codispoti, the firm’s founder and owner, Kaelen has grown up surrounded by professionalism, purpose, and high standards. He has embraced the opportunity to take part in the family business, quickly learning how to support day-to-day operations with confidence and care.
In his role, Kaelen handles a range of administrative responsibilities, including scanning documents, preparing for meetings, and assisting with other essential office tasks. His ability to think ahead, solve problems, and take initiative has made him a key support for the team.
Outside of work, Kaelen is passionate about basketball dedicating much of his time to both playing and improving his skills. With his drive, focus, and curiosity, Kaelen is on a strong path toward a successful academic and professional future.

Mackenzie Codispoti is the youngest member of theCodispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys team, and she brings a unique energy and enthusiasm to the office. At just 7 years old, Mackenzie is full of life and laughter, and she brightens up the workplace with her infectious smile and positive attitude.
While Mackenzie may not have a specific job title, she is an important part of the team, bringing snacks and treats to share with her team and helping to create a fun and welcoming environment for everyone at Codispoti Law – Houston Estate Planning & Probate Attorneys team members and clients alike.
Mackenzie is strong-willed and sometimes cries when she doesn’t get her way. She is a joy to be around, and her positive attitude and upbeat personality makes her a favorite among her colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family, playing dress-up, and exploring the world around her. She is a curious and adventurous young girl, and she is always eager to learn and try new things.
